Pleasanton Boy Scout Troops 941 & 943 will conduct their annual Christmas Tree Pickup community service event and fundraiser on Saturday January 5th. Your donation supports your community and our activities.

WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING RESERVATIONS, HOWEVER, IF YOU HAD A RESERVATION AND YOUR TREE IS NOT PICKED UP BY 5PM JAN. 6TH, PLEASE TELEPHONE US at 925-417-2525, PROVIDING YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS INFORMATION ONCE AGAIN.  DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF RESERVATIONS, WE MAY MISS A TREE OR TWO.
IF YOUR TREE WAS MISSED, WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO PICK IT UP ON SUNDAY, JAN. 7TH.
 
PLEASE LEAVE US THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, NEAREST CROSS STREET & YOUR PHONE NUMBER.  PLEASE SPEAK SLOWLY & CLEARLY AND SPELL YOUR LAST NAME & STREET NAME.

Trees must be in your driveway or at the curb by 8:00 AM, Saturday, January 5, 2008. We start picking up trees at 8AM Saturday, but it takes all day (and sometimes part of the next) to finish the job, so your tree may not be picked up until much later in the day or Sunday. Please remove tree stands and please do not attach your payment to the tree.

We appreciate your support and thank you for your continuing effort in making this a successful endeavor for our young men. Funds raised by this project are used to pay for camping equipment and scouting activities such as summer camp and weekend outings.
