About Troop 941, Pleasanton, California
![]()
Troop 941 is intended to model the Boy Scouts program as Lord Baden Powell intended, using the patrol method and applying the various methods he found useful. As such, we are a full uniform troop that helps boys work on activities in groups of 8-10 boys, which are called patrols. Our troop consists of 5 patrols and a leadership patrol, making up the whole troop. The troop is active in monthly activities and outings which allow the boys to learn new skills and grow in maturity and responsibility to become leaders in the patrols and troop. If you are interested in visiting our troop, please contact Teri Goodnow or Tim Enns. |
Troop 941 is part of the San Francisco Bay Area Council, in the Twin Valley District. We meet Thursday nights, sometimes at the Lynnewood United Methodist Church and sometimes and the boys' homes. Our charter organization is VFW Post 6298 in Pleasanton.
Our calendar, mailing list, and other web-based tools are maintained on our private Intranets web site. If you are a member of Troop 941 and don't have access to this site, please email Teri Goodnow. Click here to learn more about Troop 941. |
